Liisa Bradshaw helps women regain clarity, stability, and hope when life and health feel overwhelming. Through trauma-informed, Christ-centered coaching and root-cause nutritional therapy grounded in holistic nutrition, she walks alongside women navigating mold exposure and mold-related illness, brain health challenges, and major life transitions, helping them move forward with greater confidence, steadiness, and purpose.
As the founder of Spirit of Courage Coaching, LLC, Liisa supports the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, by creating a calm, supportive space where clarity can emerge and next steps feel manageable. Her work focuses on reducing overwhelm, supporting brain function and
nervous-system balance, and helping clients build sustainable health through intentional, therapeutic nutrition approaches that support long-term change, not quick fixes.
Liisa is certified in Nutritional Therapy and Life Coaching and is a trained speaker through Christian Communicators. Her approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, allowing her to meet clients with compassion, attentiveness, and practical insight while honoring appropriate scope of care.
Faith is integrated into Liisa’s work with care and invitation. She offers prayer, scripture, and spiritual guidance when welcomed, always respecting each client’s comfort level and readiness. Her goal is to support individuals as they grow in clarity, resilience, and trust; both in their own abilities and in who they are in Christ.
Known for her warm, grounded, and thoughtful style, Liisa creates an environment where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged. She speaks to Christian women’s groups, offering practical wisdom and hope rooted in grace and truth.
Outside of her work, Liisa is a wife, mom, memaw, and dog mom who enjoys hiking in the Pacific Northwest, time at the beach, training dogs, and meaningful conversations over coffee. In every setting, her heart is to walk alongside others, helping them find clarity, strength, and hope when the path feels uphill.
Liisa’s work is designed to complement, not replace, medical care or licensed mental health services.
